Unlike most Zendesk themes where the hero only appears on the homepage, Braden displays a prominent hero section on every page including individual articles. This creates visual consistency and immediately shows users the page title and description.
How does the Table of Contents work?
The Table of Contents generates automatically from the headings (H2, H3, etc.) in your articles. Users see a clickable outline that lets them jump directly to any section—especially helpful for long troubleshooting guides or documentation.
Is Braden suitable for short articles?
Yes. While Braden excels with long-form content, the clean layout works equally well for shorter articles. The Table of Contents only appears when your article has multiple headings.
Can I customize the hero background?
Yes. You can change the hero background color, add images, and adjust text colors directly in the theme settings to match your brand.
Does Braden support Zendesk AI features?

Moreover, there are some additional features that become available after installing our themes: the Knowledge Base and Community can be filled with some cool visual components and Font Awesome icons.
Customization and installation activities will not affect any content or availability of your Help Center. You check the changes and publish everything when you are ready, the changes are published immediately.
After theme installation, the content of your articles, sections, and categories will remain the same and be displayed in the new design.
