About the extension
This extension displays a list of popular searches below the search field on the home page.
Zendesk doesn't have the functionality of frequently searched articles. However, this solution allows you to add a list of links to certain search terms. If the user clicks on a link, the search results page opens with a prefilled search term.
You will be able to specify search terms via the theme settings.
This extension is included in our Flatrock, Selway, and Conway themes.
Frequently Asked Questions
It is compatible with all themes. However, if you don't use one of our themes, extra costs are involved because it takes time to understand the code and install extensions. For example, some blocks in the code will have to be transferred, changed, etc.
