About the extension
Sometimes you don't want to rely on the default Zendesk functionality for displaying suggested articles on the new ticket page.
If you want more control, and display specific articles when the user selects a dropdown option, you can use our Suggested Articles extension.
After choosing a topic from the dropdown, a list of related articles (by labels) will be displayed. To accomplish this, related articles should have a label with the same name as a tag of the selected topic (dropdown option). You will need to add corresponding labels to articles.
Articles can be displayed as a list of links or as accordions.
