- background image;
- homepage layout.
Customization covers all other modifications to create a tailor-made help center that meets all your unique requirements in design and functionality.
You’re certainly more than welcome to give it a try. However, the result depends on your level of experience with Zendesk and web development. All Zendesk themes we offer have editable source files and can be customized according to your requirements.
Please note: if you customize the theme yourself, you won’t get automatic updates, and we won’t be able to support it due to external changes in the code.
Examples of customizations we made
We made the significant layout changes for the Branch theme and created the guide script which retrieves all sections and articles using Zendesk API. It allows easy navigation through the Help Center content.
The significant changes of the Flatrock theme and sidebar navigation were made for OneTwoTrip Help Center to achieve a completely new look.

All the elements of our Flatrock theme including the header and footer were fully branded to achieve the feeling that Help Center is a part of the primary site.
The special styling for the category blocks of the Conway theme made the Help Center more creative, friendly and modern.
