Sometimes you need to show all the categories, sections and articles of your Help Center but it can not be done with Zendesk.
You can use our extension Left Side Navigation for that! The navigator is displayed perfect both on full screen and portable devices. It makes the navigation of your Help Center even easier.
Side Navigation uses Zendesk API to pull all categories, sections, and articles of your Help Center and automatically creates a list of collapsible items. If you add articles, sections or change the structure of your Help Center in any other way, all the changes will be automatically made in the Navigator as well.
Navigator can show different information on different pages. For example, it can show full structure on an article page and categories list on a category page.
Navigator works excellent with Zendesk multilingual feature, it shows content translated to the user’s chosen language.
This plugin caches the results to prevent API request limit.
The extension can be used in all themes, including standard Zendesk themes and themes issued by other developers.
