When can we purchase a protection plan?

You can buy it any time. Purchase it directly on the website or send us your request to hello@lotusthemes.com if you have any specific questions.

What are the next steps after the purchase?

You don’t have to do anything, you will be protected automatically right after the purchase. In case you have purchased the “Elite” plan, we will contact you to set up some analytical tools.

Can we enjoy the benefits of protection plans if we customize the theme ourselves?
