If the default 3-level structure of the content (categories, sections, articles) doesn’t meet your needs and you want one more level, this Zendesk extension will allow you to group categories into an additional fourth layer. It is compatible with Guide Professional.

This extension makes your life easier if you have complex content needs like a lot of categories related to different products. We can organize them into product groups by adding a new level based on your specific requirements. It will have a clean code that is easy to read and maintain.

Will it be possible to change the order and settings via the admin interface?

Zendesk doesn’t provide an option to extend the functionality of the admin interface. You should change the settings in the code, but it’s easy, and you’ll get the instruction.
