Embedded Articles

About the extension
Some Zendesk customers would prefer their support center to be a part of their main website. However, Zendesk doesn't allow embedding Guide help centers into external websites.
Also, there are cases when you would like to show just FAQ articles instead of the Web Widget with chat, search, and other options. And you would prefer that the articles were actually on a page instead of a tiny button hidden in the corner of the screen.
Luckily, we have a solution for that! Using our Embedded Articles extension we can add a list of articles from your Zendesk help center and their content to your main website.
Customization options of this extension allow to display:
- articles by a certain label
- articles from a certain section
The list of articles can be displayed as accordions. You can check this extension in action on our website by visiting a theme product page. The content for the FAQ section is loaded from our help center.
Frequently Asked Questions
It is compatible with all themes. However, if you don't use one of our themes, extra costs are involved because it takes time to understand the code and install extensions. For example, some blocks in the code will have to be transferred, changed, etc.
Layouts in our themes already take into account the extension features and make the process faster and easier.
Our developers will contact you after the purchase to get temporary access to your Help Center (URL, login, and password) and install the extension free of charge.
